Q:  Can I change something in my set box?

A:  Leave a comment in the comments box and we will do our best.

Q:  Do I need a PayPal account? (cut and paste this link) https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/account-optional

A:  NO you don’t. PayPal will accept your debit or credit card. Its worth opening a PayPal account during these uncertain times to secure your online payments, also it will speed up the process of ordering.

Q:  When will I get my delivery?

A:  The delivery day is marked clearly on your invoice. You can select the day on the calendar before you pay.

Q: Can I change my delivery day or specify a time once I’ve paid and the process is completed?

A: You can call us at the shop if you have experienced any problems, or if circumstances change. We will always do our best to help.

Q: What time do you deliver? What if I’m out?

A: We usually deliver between 9am and 12 noon. We will knock on your door and leave your goods in a safe place as seen fit by our driver if you are not in.

Q: Can I ask for something for delivery that isn’t listed on the site?

A: You can try putting any requests in the comments box. for instance “Can I also have one single lime please”. If we can help you we will, and you can pay the driver on delivery or over the phone by debit card.

If you find we’ve missed something out, or something has missed our quality control, please contact us (see customer service). We can arrange to either correct the mistake or refund you via PayPal.
