Q:  Can I change something in my box? ie swap cauli for celery?

A:  Not at the moment as we are very busy producing our boxes at another site, and don’t want any mix-ups.  We hope to offer this in the future.

Q:  Do I need a PayPal account? (cut and paste this link) https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/account-optional

A:  NO you don’t. PayPal will accept your debit or credit card. Its worth opening a PayPal account during these uncertain times to secure your online payments, also it will speed up the process of ordering.

Q:  When will I get my delivery?

A:  The delivery day is marked clearly on your invoice. We often deliver 24 hours earlier if we are ahead of schedule.

Q: What time do you deliver? What if I’m out?

A: This is currently impossible to say, we are all in this together. We will knock on your door and leave your goods in as safe a place as seen fit by our driver.

 Missing or faulty items

If you find we’ve missed something out, or something has missed our quality control, please contact us (see customer service). We can arrange to either correct the mistake or refund you via PayPal.
